A 60,000 sq.ft distribution facility, Legrams is one of the largest warehouses in North West England, initially acquired from Boots on a sale and leaseback basis. The warehouse is now rented to Booker PLC for a long-term secured lease with in-built rent increase provisions.

Our role in asset management

The group has played a key role in acquiring and managing the Legrams Business Centre. We identified the property, structured the transaction with co-investors, raised debt and, after the exit of Boots, modernised the premises to contemporary standards.
