The Green and Campus House developments were key initiatives of the Hayaat Group under the ambitious urban regeneration scheme for Bradford focused on the Listerhills Triangle area. Hayaat was the key development partner working with major public and private sector entities (Yorkshire Forward, Bradford Metroplitan Development Council, NHS etc.)
High-performance sustainable development modeled on The Green and aligned with the university’s Ecoversity programme. Catering to both the “budget” and “business class” sectors of the student residential sector, it had a judicious mix of facilities: en-suite bathrooms, key fob entry, furnished with broadband WiFi, car park, and on-site retail unit with cafe bar.
The group acquired and redeveloped a heritage site into a modern residential facility as part of the One of the driving forces behind Bradford’s urban regeneration scheme, University of Bradford’s An off-campus student housing facility developed in a refurbished textile mill, which was originally built in 1912, in Listerhills Triangle, Bradford Learning Quarter. Situated in a desirable location in the city, Campus House was UoB’s preferred accommodation provider. Campus House was direct let to 100% occupancy by Hayaat Group’s own letting and management team till the exit.
Secured planning for student studios, cafe and data centre, secured financing, finalized design plans for refurbishment, arrange contractors, delivered the project in a short turnaround time and also engaged in facilities management for a while before selling off the project to international investors..
